We will confirm the appointment with the borrower.  This assures that your customer is being seen at his or her convenience. We will confirm that there will be a witness available (if state required).  What if borrower does not have a witness available?  Don't worry, we will arrange for a witness to be at the signing ( Attorney closing services are not available in Georgia, Delaware South Carolina and Massachusetts  ) We will provide you with the name and address for you to send the documents to. We will call 24 hours in advance to confirm appointments with the borrower and the notary. We track the package electronically until it is back in your office.
